Margaritaville

With a current plan of 7,000 home sites, Margaritaville is home to one of the largest developments in the United States. With a construction start of 20 houses per week, this brand-new community in Watersound, FL is rapidly growing the Panhandle. The wide range of LG Viatera and Cambria quartz offerings in this community allows for homeowners to give their kitchen and bathroom countertops a custom look.

Sweet Bay

A development by Samuel Taylor Homes, Sweet Bay, a landmark community in Panama City, FL. Emerald Coast Fabrication offers a palate of granites and in-house collection of quartz countertops to homeowners in this neighborhood.

Residence Mexico Beach

Cools combined with warmths, this custom-built home in Mexico Beach opted for various patterns of natural black granite and quartzites throughout the kitchen and baths. The ultra-modern kitchen highlights Black Python quartzite on the countertops giving a nice contrast off the wood floors and grey cabinetry. The master bath is composed of honed Black Marinace, giving the room a fun river rock effect.

Residence 30A

Situated on one of 30A's great lakes, lies this custom-built home by Maynard Construction. Designed with craft in mind, the multiple layers of brown are tied together in the kitchen with honed Taj Mahal quartzite finishing the countertops. The master bath features his and her vanities topped with honed Bianco Superior quartzite that details all of the walls of the room.

Residence Alys Beach

This project amplifies Florida living at its finest. Soft, warm, and modern, this open kitchen design is finished with honed Calacatta Gold marble fabricated with waterfall end panels. Completing this incredible living space, sits the floor to ceiling 20-foot mitered fireplace, outfitted in the matching Calacatta Gold marble.

Residence Panama City Beach

A designer's dream and one of our personal favorites yet to date. This beach front home features a palate of different quartz patterns throughout the entire residence. The kitchen is completed by a matte finish Cambria Inverness quartz detailed with waterfall island panels and counter to ceiling full height splash. Moving into the living room area, you will find the backlit agate bar fabricated with a mitered 2" edge for a thicker edge appearance. A masterpiece of a design, this house is finished for a king and queen.

Residence Alys Beach

Implementing multiple shades of white, this classic yet sleek kitchen in Alys Beach gives a new meaning to modern luxury. Fit with waterfall panels on the island and full height splash on the back wall, this White Lux quartzite adds an elegant look to this custom home built by Galvas Construction.

Residence Inlet Beach

This exotic material draws a "WOW" of everyone who lays their eyes upon it, containing hues of natural Tiffany Blue, this quartzite truly make a statement in this custom-built home in Inlet Beach. Continuing the theme of quartzite throughout, all resident baths are finished in Bianco Superior.
