Emerald Coast Fabrication has taken the stone age into a new day. Located in Panama City Beach, Florida, our 25,000 SF manufacturing facility houses one of the most advanced and innovative countertop fabrication systems known to mankind. From start to finish, we implement a complete laser to robotic fabrication process allowing us to achieve rapid lead times and the ability to handle large volume projects with ease.

Laser templating

Our LT-2D3D laser template system brings the digital world into the measuring process. With the laser tripod shooting multiple target points within your project area, we can capture all the measurement and design feeatures in a matter of moments. The template will display on the attached digital tablet, allowing the customer to see the template design in real time. The template design displays size dimensions, radiuses, miters, and seam placements, providing for the custom knowledge, prior to fabrication. Once final designs are approved, the template will be digitally sent to the BACA Robo SawJet to start the cutting process.

Kuka BACA Robo Sawjet

An evolution in the industry! Utilizing a KUKA robotic arm (the same arms used to build Teslas), our BACA Robo Sawjet innovates the power of 16'' saw blade in conjunction with 80,000 PSI of abrasive waterjet technology eneabling the most precise cuts, angles and radiuses possible, throughout the fabrication cycle. Combine this with a 26 HP saw motor, we can absorb high levels of demand while maintaining short lead times with quality fabrication. Equipped with 2 overhead cameras, our team photographs every slab to design the most curated layout for seam and vein matching.

Miter X Saw

An innocation in the stone fabrication industry. A dedicated machine with a dedicated purpose... Miter X. Most fabrication processes utilize a bridge saw that is manually set to a 45-degree angle to create a miter. This process created chippy, uneven edges that don't make for quality miter work. With the Miter X, the saw blades are designed with sole intent purpose of mitering, with no manual setting needing to take place. This creates a smooth and precise mitered edge on the waterfall island that we all desire.

BACA Edge XL CNCs

Our premier 3-axis CNCs contain 40 tooling slots, allowing us to design several different edge treatments on countertops. Through using a ZOller machine, tooling heads are digitally optimized, creating a perfectly even edge profile along the countertops. Combined with the formation of edges, our Edge XL CNCs polishes the edging of countertops in our fabrication process. Once the countertops have completed the CNC cycle, they are treated with sealer, and set for installation!
