Residence Camp Creek

Calling the Hamptons! This project in Camp Creek is a truly special house with every attention to detail carefully crafted. This incredible, marble kitchen is highlighted by triple inset, ogeed paneled waterfall legs on the island and full height splash on the perimeter. We carried the same Mystery White marble into the guest bath creating a 12” drop ogeed vanity top to give the bathroom a custom feel. Honed Soapstone captivates the golf simulator and family rooms with a capped shelf and wall mount faucets extending from the 12” Splash. From the marble countertops in the guest house to the UV rated Caesarstone on the Summer Kitchen, this gorgeous home was a pleasure to design.

Penthouse 30A

Luxury Living at its finest. This Penthouse, located on 30A, is decorated with beautiful warm tones and classical rich touches. The center of the kitchen features a book matched porcelain Island with an eloquent mosaic finish. The wet bar countertops are designed with Coasta Levante dolomite situated on raised cleats to give the area a superior look. Quartzites and porcelain countertops finish out the bathrooms in this ultra-modern penthouse.

Residence Seagrove Beach

An Italian Masterpiece on the coastline of 30A. Featuring a 20’ x 12’’ genuine, book matched, Calacatta Diamond marble fireplace wall and a floor to ceiling marble steam shower in the master bath. Sleek, sharp, modern and tasteful, “The Great Wall of Italy” was a dream to bring to life.

Residence 30A

With over 300 feet of private beach front, this grand remodel was a dream to design with its new owner. The kitchen island is illuminated with translucent Bianco Valentina marble and featuring countertop to ceiling splash on the perimeter. The dining area is embellished with a gorgeous slab of Calacatta Borghini on the wall. Our favorite room, the ocean-front bar, glows through stunning Crystallo quartzite on the wall and bar face. This project is nothing short of paradise on Earth.

Margaritaville

With a current plan of 7,000 home sites, Margaritaville is home to one of the largest developments in the United States. With a construction start of 20 houses per week, this brand-new community in Watersound, FL is rapidly growing the Panhandle. The wide range of LG Viatera and Cambria quartz offerings in this community allows for homeowners to give their kitchen and bathroom countertops a custom look.

Sweet Bay

A development by Samuel Taylor Homes, Sweet Bay, a landmark community in Panama City, FL. Emerald Coast Fabrication offers a palate of granites and in-house collection of quartz countertops to homeowners in this neighborhood.

Residence Mexico Beach

Cools combined with warmths, this custom-built home in Mexico Beach opted for various patterns of natural black granite and quartzites throughout the kitchen and baths. The ultra-modern kitchen highlights Black Python quartzite on the countertops giving a nice contrast off the wood floors and grey cabinetry. The master bath is composed of honed Black Marinace, giving the room a fun river rock effect.

Residence 30A

Situated on one of 30A's great lakes, lies this custom-built home by Maynard Construction. Designed with craft in mind, the multiple layers of brown are tied together in the kitchen with honed Taj Mahal quartzite finishing the countertops. The master bath features his and her vanities topped with honed Bianco Superior quartzite that details all of the walls of the room.
